Dissertation on the competition of graduate degree of candidate of engineerings sciences on speciality 05.22.12 is an industrial transport. State higher educational establishment is the "Priazovskiy state technical university", 2013. Dissertation is devoted the decision of problem of effective exploitation of worker park of carriages-cisterns of industrial enterprises due to the exposure of presence of remaining resource and extension of term of exploitation. For possibility of further exploitation of carriages the complex of works is in-process offered as evaluated by the technical state and calculation of supply of resource. Researches of operating park of enterprise of chemical industry allowed to reduce the arising up deficit of rolling stock for transportation of ammonia. The analysis of numerous disrepairs of working parts and basic elements of load carrying structure of carriages-cisterns after 40 of exploitation. It is suggested in the vital loop of carriage to select the stage "Proceeding in a life cycle", which plugs in itself the stages "Modernization", "Modification", "Utilization". The improved model of expense of resource, unlike known, allows to conduct the design of depth of evocative repair influences and proper size of remaining resource. It is possible to conduct the design of life cycle of carriage for an event of extension of term of exploitation. The decision of task of choice of rational variant of the picked up thread life cycle of carriage-cistern is conducted on the basis of criterion of efficiency - minimum expenses at the safe term of exploitation. Principle of determination of remaining resource of the specialized carriages-cisterns, on-the-road on an industrial enterprise is offered. The scientific novelty of the formulated principle and got results consists in the ground of basic operating parameters for carriages-cisterns, transporting an ammonia liquid technical, in accordance with the proof-of-concept loadings. An economic effect is certain from offer in dissertation work events.
