Fedotova Y. The formation of cluster structures and their influence on socio-economic development of region.

The aim of the thesis is to develop a theoretical and methodological provisions for Cluster formation processes, the definition of efficiency, economic benefits and the role of cluster structures in socio-economic development of the region. The object of study is the formation of modern regional clusters as a form of network organization postindustrial economy. The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the impact of clusters on the socio-economic development of the region. Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the fundamental assumptions of economic theory, theories of regional development regulations of Ukraine, official statistical data reporting the results of research conducted by the author, materials of scientific conferences. Scientific novelty lies in defining features of modern clusters, development of models and types rationale of economic efficiency of industrial clusters, identify trends impact of cluster structures to enhance the socio-economic development and environmental security areas. The practical significance of the results is that the theoretical position that protected the thesis has been brought to the level of specific practical suggestions that can be used in the work of the executive branch in the development strategy of clustering mechanism.
