The thesis is devoted to urgent issues of improving surgical treatment results in patients after recovery of finger and nerve flexor tendons. The work is based on the analysis of treatment data for 319 patients with multisystem injuries of finger and nerve flexor tendons who were divided into two groups depending on duration of treatment terms and the number of previous operative interventions. Clinical, instrumental and experimental research methods were employed.
