Dissertation thesis is aimed to develop a scientific background for sheet cutting unit design, as well methods and tools for cross cutting of unwinding web paper on the basis of theoretic and experimental researches of web materials' blade cutting process. Conformity of mathematical models and theoretical researches to the real-time tech-nological processes has been proved experimentally.
