Essay

The work is devoted to the development of methods for joining of parts for bimetal heat exchanger at low temperature (140-250°C), which is preventing damages of microelectronics inside this block. Joining is the combination of the diffusion process through layer-damper and layer-activator and heating in vacuum oven or by passing a current.
