Zhurba V. The scientific-experimental studying of the efficacy of using of stem cells for restoration of abnormal articular cartilage in animals.

The thesis is devoted to studying of the influence of nondifferentiated and in vitro differentiated into chondrogenic direction allogeneic and xenogeneic (dog) bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on the course of reparative process in experimentally simulated defect of articular cartilage of rabbits and the reaction of their immune system on local application of mesenchymal stem cells of different origin. The course of reparative process in pathologically altered articular cartilage after using of culture of nondifferentiated allogeneic bone marrow MSCs in different doses (amounts), allogeneic bone marrow MSCs directed into chondrogenic way of differentiation and nondifferentiated xenogeneic bone marrow MSCs (dog) are studied.
