Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving an applied research task of enhancing performance and functional reliability of mechanisms of single-bucket excavators by means of developing adaptive electromechanical systems of excavator mechanisms. The work substantiates feasibility of synthesis of automatic control system with variable structures - with enabling the motor torque control contour in the modes of permissible acceleration and the acceleration control contour in the modes requiring acceleration limiting. It was created a combined-control system with adaptation of the current loop command signal of the armature contour to the fluctuation of electric machines' heating temperature.
