The object of research is the development of regional markets of hotel services. The subject of the study is theoretical and applied principles of regional market of hotel services. Methods: systematic and structural, spatial analysis, logic synthesis, historicism, analysis and comparison of Economics and Statistics, target-oriented, structure-function, graphically-mapping. Results: The conceptual framework of the regional market of hotel services that are based on the determination of the demand and supply of hotel services for the target groups of consumers in a particular area, taking into account the territorial organization of hotel services and separation organized (companies, tourist groups) and unorganized (tourists, businessmen, tranzitnikov ) Consumer streams in the region; approaches to the classification of impact factors on the regional market of hotel services, which can be divided into groups of criteria: market characteristics, performance development, content, direction effects (that affect the development RRHP) the nature of the impact on the formation of hospitality (which affect the formation RRHP) based on the calculation of posluhomistkosti RRHP, methodical approach to assessing the level of development of the regional market of hotel services with due regard to assessment of supply and demand for hotel services; assessment of the territorial organization of hotel services to allow ranking of regions in terms of development of Ukraine RRHP and the level of assessment of the territorial organization of hotel services; ways to improve the territorial organization of hotel services, in contrast to existing models include the definition of the territorial organization of the hotel industry and create a Passport cluster of hotel services in the region.
