Research is dedicated to the decision of important scientific and technical problem of mechanism discovery of changing the fire resisting property of reinforced concrete columns that are influenced by climatic factors and this is the scientific reason for error control during the building renewal and improvement of main marks of fire statistics. For the first time it was found out that by climatic factors, that are typical for north-west climatic region of Ukraine, the importance of fireproofness degree for reinforced concrete column from heavy weight concrete B30 on granite filling with cut size of 300 mm x300mm and length of 3500 mm is reduced to 9, 19, 22 and 25 minutes after 5, 10, 15 and 20 circles of these factors quick action. For the first time the technique was proved and the method of estimation of fire resistance of reinforced concrete columns were suggested. This method consists in specific heat capacity detection, thermal conductivity and strength loss of concrete patterns, influenced by climatic factors, with their further use for calculation of fireproofness degree of reinforced concrete columns, using finite-element method.
