Husyeva M. Infrastructural Maintenance of Functioning and Development of Cross-Border Markets

The object of study: the processes of infrastructural support cross-border markets in the western border of Ukraine and adjacent border regions of neighboring countries. Objective: developing theoretical principles and practical recommendations for the development of infrastructural support cross-border markets. Methods: analysis, synthesis and comparison, systematic approach, classification, observation and analysis, statistical and graphical. Novelty: the first defines the essence of infrastructural support cross-border markets, which is the characteristics of the interaction of actors on different sides of the border and the need of support for their relationships, improved structural model of the system of infrastructural support cross-border markets and singled out its main components (subsystems of general and specialized infrastructural support cross-border markets), theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of the functioning of cross-border markets and their infrastructural support, an algorithm of the information component of the infrastructural support cross-border markets. Scope of use: in the activity of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service in the development of measures to improve Ukraine's migration policy in the context of Civil Service of Ukraine to EU standards, Lviv Regional Territorial Office of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the formation of effective conjunctural policy on cross-border markets, Lviv City Employment Center to improve information provision of cross-border labor market.
