Dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation environmental and hygienic bases of urban waste water sediments using at the process of formation secondary landscapes in the disturbed territories (quarries and dumps) and prevention negative impact of technogenic landscapes on the environment and human health. Research of environmental objects in the settlements, which were situated near dumps, estimated high level of salt at the water samples, taken from ponds and mine wells and surplus content of cadmium (up to 3,7 MCL) and lead (up to 1,53 MCL). Tendency to biological accumulation of manganese (0,82±0,40) mg/kg and iron (3,86±2,13) mg/kg from the fish and amphibious samples, which were taken near artificial waters (ponds) of investigated settlements, was educed. System of hygienic criteria to application municipal waste water sludge at the landscape recultivation of the secondary ecosystems have been proposed such as "suitable", "conditionally suitable mixture with natural soils or inert breeds", "non-suitable". According to the criteria, offered by us, municipal waste water sludge have been recommended for this purposes on the quantities (15 and 30) kg/m2 as "suitable" at the condition of their 1,5 - 3 years and more ripening on the special silt grounds.
