Thesis is devoted to the development of the method for polarized radiation parameters determination on the basis of the photopolarimetric method of polarization plane rotation angle registration using transparent in the infrared ferrimagnetics. A determination of the Stokes parameters of polarized radiation through measuring its ellipticity angle and azimuth of the polarization ellipse with the help of photopolarimeter using transparent in the infrared ferrimagnetics is proposed. Considered and minimized the effect of optical elements of the photopolarimeter defects and extraneous light-striking on the accuracy and sensitivity of the polarized radiation parameters determination by increasing the signal to noise ratio due to the selecting the optimum angular amplitude of the polarization plane oscillations.
