Essay

It is established a complex from 19 signs of a leaf and 7 signs of a seed for identification and systematization of grades of grapes. Five subgroups as to a number of leading characters have been revealed within the above-mentioned group by cluster analysis of the indicated characters. The method of multi-objective optimization has been used to improve the methodology of the study of grape varieties, and, as a result, the grape Syrah. A number of varieties registered as sources of valuable characters for breeding: Fogeltrauben, Sauvignon rouge, Syrah, Auxerrois blanc. The variety Syrah has been registered as a grape authorized for commercial cultivation in Ukraine (since 2011).
