Detail characteristics of the climatic conditions and the soils of the territory owned by the company "Magarach" are provided, with the soils grouped as to their suitability for grape growing. An electronic register of the company's sites was made. A mathe-matical model was developed which describes the effects of agroecological factors on the risk of frost damage associated with a given territory. A complex am-peloecological map of the territory owned by the company "Magarach" was developed, and nine ecotopes were revealed of which nine are suitable for grape growing. The effects of the agroecological conditions on the grape plant as well as on the yield size and quality were studied.
