Essay

The paper determined a significant scientific challenge directed on improve of wear-resistance of working organs of disk tillage tools with an effect of self-sharpening. It suggested using electrical erosive processing for operation of peculiarities and creation of terms for an effect of self-sharpening. Based on conducted theoretical and experimental researches, the paper explains and recommends rational modes of electrical erosive processing, surface of strengthening, correlation of solidity and thickness of strengthened and load layer for improving wear-resistance with an effect of self-sharpening of working organs of disk tillage tools. Application of electrical erosive processing for strengthening working organs of disk tillage tools allows increasing wear-resistance in comparison with serial one in 1,76 times. Furthermore, when operating working organs, strengthened with electrically erosive processing one can observe self-sharpening effect, which, in its turn leads, to до decrease of draft resistance in 4...16 % in comparison with serial. The conducted tests and technical and economic calculations resulted the proof of efficiency of suggested solutions.
