Essay

In the research work it is analyzed the transformations of Serbian sovereignty in 1992-2006. It is investigated that the collapse of Yugoslavia was a complex process with deep historical origins. It is stated that the state and political development of Serbia in the Serbian-Montenegrin union is characterized by a persistent instability and by search of the ways of the state development. It is proved that the external factors greatly influenced on the internal development of Serbia. It is stressed that Ukrainian and Serbian intergovernmental relations were a component of the processes mentioned above.
