Essay

The object of study - processes of designing hardware and software components of the computerized control systems of industrial objects. The purpose of study - improving the efficiency of computerized control systems of complex dynamic objects by FLC and creation of theoretical, methodological, and engineering design basis and setting up the structures FLC for industrial use. Research methods - methods of fuzzy sets theory and fuzzy math, fuzzy modeling methods and fuzzy control methods, visual programming methods. Theoretical and practical results - developed a method to minimize the fuzzy logic functions and their hardware implementation, obtained the tuning procedure, improved quality single crystals. The novelty - for the first time developed method to minimize the fuzzy rule bases FLC presented in the form of fuzzy logic functions by using the transformation operations of fuzzy terms in the quaternary calculation system, developed a synthesis procedure of fuzzy logic formulas based on the use of fuzzy logic modules, improved theoretical basis and design methods for FPIDC structures. The degree of implementation: ISMA NASU "Monocrystal". (Kharkov), the National Technical University of "KhPI" (Kharkiv). Scope: digital control systems for industrial use increased complexity.
