Essay

The work is dedicated to the development of mathematical models and numerical modeling of unsteady flow processes around the vertical axis rotor with a controlled blades. It is shown that the control of the rotor blades position may significantly increase its energy efficiency. It is proposed blades control, which may be used to develop high-performance wind / hydro power stations.
