Object of research - electrothermal and physical-chemical processes in contacts of switching devices, which arise by switching of the current and influence on the electric durability of contacts and ecological safety of environment; the purpose of the work is the increasing of electroerosive stability and ecological safety of low-voltage switching devices at the expense of development of new composite contact materials; the methods of the researches are based on the usage of theories: theoretical bases of electrotechnics; the methods of planning and carrying out the multiple-factor experiments; experimental researches; the methods of mathematical statistics using the computer equipment; the metalgraphic and electronic-microscopic researches; theoretical results: scientific principles of a choice of non-polluting oksidny and refractory components, proceeding from features of their interaction among themselves and a silver matrix are improved during the current switching current which, unlike existing, at the same time provide to a contact composite material high electroerosive firmness and ecological purity; received further development researches of an electric erosion and transitional resistance of switching devices of magnetic actuators with serial and research materials depending on a microstructure of a contact material and change of physicomechanical properties of components on a working surface of contacts when switching current in the operating modes caused by standards that allowed to construct with use of methods of planning of experiment mathematical model of an iznosoustoychivost contact details magnetic starters; for the first time the mathematical model of an iznosoustoychivost contact details magnetic starters with the heterogeneous structure of materials on the basis of silver which allows to find optimum composition of components is developed and to carry out forecasting of their switching iznosoustoychivost; practical results: on the basis of the developed scientific methods at level the invention is created composite ecologically safe contact materials, bimetallic contacts and contact pairs for magnetic starters which are accepted for introduction by the OSC "ETAL", Alexandria; the technique is developed and contact details of magnetic actuators in category of application ASS-3 is created the spetialized stand on laboratory base of faculty of power and automatic equipment of National university of bioresources and environmental management of Ukraine for research of an electric erosion and transitional resistance; magnetic пускачи with ecologically safe contact details passed production check at the OSC "ETAL" enterprise, Alexandria.
