The positions of the Russian magazines to the most important events of the foreign- and home policy activities are reflected in the work. The particular attention is paid to the English-Boer war, the relations with Russia and other countries, the waste of the world-economic leadership, the trade connections, the colonial possessions of the country and the social legislation. The Anglo-Russian relations are investigated at the turn of the 19th and the 20th centuries. The positive and negative peculiarities between the two countries are depicted. The evolution of the sights of the Russian community to Great Britain and British analyzed.
