In the dissertation work the social, economical, cultural and educational development of the Bulgarian population of the Izmailska oblast of the Ukrainian SSR and of the South of MSSR in 1944-1954 was studied in complex. The processes of transformational changes in the Bulgarian village in a context of Sovietization of recently annexed lands of Ukraine and Moldova are considered. The mechanism of repressive actions of the rich Bulgarian peasantry is covered, the reasons and consequences of the famine of 1946-1947 for the Bulgarian population of the region are defined. Features of specifics of development of industrial production in places of compact moving of the Bulgarians are studied, its dependence from the state police and local conditions is elucidated. The methods and forms of deployment of educational business in the Bulgarian environment, the rates of growth of educational and cultural revel of the Bulgarian population are analyzed. Peculiarities of the social, economical, cultural and educational changes among the Bulgarians of the Izmailska oblast of the Ukrainian SSR and of the South of MSSR are revealed.
