The dissertation reveals the economic essence of anti-crisis management for regional economic systems, proposes institutional framework for regional management, and provides a methodological approach to assessing the socio-economic situations within the region. The author proposes how to interpret and define the crisis extent based on clinical data within the regional level. The author details, using a complex methodology of socio-economic indicators throughout the Ukrainian regions, the intensity and threat scale when interpreting potential data crisis signals.
