The purpose of work is development of the principles of formation effective on technical and economic indexes power supply system, in particular, on expedient electric power expenses in an electric network, on the basis of advanced identification of the centers of electric loadings concerning network topology. The object of researching - the structure of the electricity system and the factors that condition it. Methods of researching: semantic analysis of multitudes of the terms "center of electric loads," methods for estimating the energy states of electrical networks, comprehensive approach to complex technical systems, planning theory multifactorial experiment and simulation, economic analysis. Solved the task of the formation an effective on technical and economic indicators of the electric power supply system, in particular, on the expedient expenses of electrical power on the basis of the recurrent procedure of identification of power centers of districts of electric network in regard to its topology with the use in series principles of the ascending and descending modeling of network structure. It was proposed well-founded principles to identify energy centers of districts of electric network for use by the formation of the electrical power systems at the design stage. These principles was adopted to be used in the existing power supply system that ensures the effectiveness of investments in electrical networks.
