The thesis is seeking to developing new technological approaches for production of aluminum based composite materials containing a complex of composite component with various chemical and fractional constituents. Determination of rational technological modes parameters for penetration of powder preforms with farther formation of aluminum based cast composite material with the stated level of characteristics. The structures, physical, chemical and tribological properties of obtained composite materials were researched. In whole, the thesis is intended for resource expansion of aluminum based composite materials into industry branches. The foundry-powder technology of composites production is developed by the method of vacuum-compression impregnation. There are developed approaches for determination of powder mixes consolidation technological modes on the base of thermodynamic and kinetic parameters, which provides stable and smooth penetration. According to the developed technological scheme it is received the number of aluminum based composites reinforced with discrete particles in the limits of composite component maintenance up to 70 vol. % with constituents' sizes from 10 nanometers to 400 microns, and its structure and properties has been studied. The regularities of composite component composition effect at tribological properties of aluminum based composites are observed. It is shown that an optimum combination of properties has aluminum based composites with complex composite component which includes macro and ultrafine reinforcing constituents.
