Essay

The object of research - electromagnetic, electromechanical and thermal processes occurring in asynchronous motor with hollow perforated rotor. Purpose of research - create an asynchronous motor with a hollow perforated rotor to improve performance, resource- and energy-efficient performance heat-generating systems. Research methods: mathematical modeling and experimental methods. Theoretical and practical results: the dependence of the defining influence of the degree of perforation of a hollow ferromagnetic rotor on the value of the electromagnetic torque, which allows to accurately determine the degree of reduction electromagnetic torque AM of nominal slip of the due to introduction perforations of rotor. Novelty: the dependences of the active impedance of sliding perforated hollow ferromagnetic rotor at different design parameters, taking into account the actual geometry of the array, as well as on the basis of the results of field calculations suggested expressions for determining the parameters of hollow perforated rotor; developed a mathematical model of interconnected electromagnetic and thermal processes AM with HPR, which is different for differences speeds conductive cooling medium and the rotor, which provides a more adequate calculated information. The degree of implementation: research results are used in the construction and implementation of prototypes auger induction motor-heater that is embedded in the SAL "Pervomaisky electromechanical plant K. Marx" (Pervomaisk), in the manufacture of test specimens of the resonant-pump heatsource on an experimental plot Research and Design Institute "Parametr" (Alchevsk) during the execution of state-funded research projects, as well as in the training process DonSTU. Scope - companies of electromachine and energy industry.
