The dissertation is devoted to the developing of the solid-phase indicator systems based on silica sequentially functionalized with macromolecular quaternary ammonium salt and phosphate heteropolyanions for the solid-phase spectroscopic and visual test determination of catecholamines and polyphenols, and antioxidant activity. A limit of determination are 1,0 mg/l (standard - quercetin), and 14 mg/l (standard - tannin). A limit of determination are 1.7 mg/l and 10 mg/l for adrenaline and dofamine, respectively
