Essay

The thesis presents the research with the goal of improving design of rotary support by identifying and rational distribution of the stress-strained state of rotary and supporting devices. The analysis and evaluation of the design features of the structure elements bearing and rotary devices, their mathematical modeling and calculation methods. A mathematical model of the device as a system with distributed parameters and the equations compiled for to determine stresses and displacements of the characteristic points of the frame rotary support device with its own variables and external loads were performed. Realized experimental studies to determine the stress-strain of the frame of the "body rolling - treadmill of reference circle" outrigger, the analysis and evaluation of numerical values of stresses in characteristic points of equipment rotary support and the support devices were performed. The principles of improving existing equipment and the new design of the reference circuit crane, have been developed.
