Essay

The dissertation is based on the research on leadership in social projects. Revealed that in the social project leader gets top four forms: the leader of the project idea, community leader, which implements social projects, leader - a supporter of the project from the community, the leader - the opposing of the project from the community. Investigated the psychological characteristics of leadership in the implementation of social projects in terms of value orientations, communication and organizational aptitudes, personal characteristics, and on this basis developed a model of psychological types of leadership in the implementation of social projects on the basis of the leading orientation: the development, the interaction, the result and determined leadership style features in social engineering. Proved that the leaders in the implementation of social projects in the community arise spontaneously, studies leadership position is a dynamic, determined that the instability leading position due to the presence of personal limitations inherent to each leader.
