Shatokhina T. Morhpological differential diagnosis of variants of IgA-nephropathy

On the basis of complex histological, histochemical, immunohistochemical and morphometric studies of nephrobiopsy of 130 cases of different classes of IgAN were received morphological criteria of "active" and "chronic" glomerular and tubulo-interstitial changes in different classes IgAN. Correlation analysis was allowed to establish presence of relationship between morphological parameters and clinician-laboratory indices. It was established the action of composition of cellular infiltrate and content of extracellular matrix to disease's morphogenesis. It was established the most value pathomorphological and immunohistochemical criteria of diagnosis and prognosis of IgAN. With the help of artificial neural networks modeling were separated the most value four informative morphological criteria to assessment a prognosis of IgAN, they are - minimal proliferation of Bowman's capsule, intensity of atrophy of tubules, intensity of interstitial fibrosis, deposition of IgG in the foci of sclerosis in stroma.
