Vizirenko S. Forming and using of region's knowledge economy potential

Research object: potential of region's knowledge economy. Research purpose: scientific ground of theoretical, development of methodical principles and practical recommendations on forming and effective use of potential of region's knowledge economy. Research methods: system-structural approach, abstractly-logical, abstracting and specification, structural-genetic analysis and synthesis; monographic, comparisons and ranging; economic mathematical design. Theoretical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of tool of forming of potential of region's knowledge economy in modern terms; the practical value of the executed research consists in that it in an aggregate provides a theoretical and methodological basis for the construction of innovative mechanism of forming and use of potential of region's knowledge economy . Drawn on research results Management of education and science of Zaporozhe regional state administration; By the center of the applied economic researches of the Zaporozhe commercial and industrial chamber; By the management of economy of Energodar of city advice of the Zaporozhe area; there is a process of the Zaporozhe national technical university of Departments of education and science of Ukraine in educational. Scientific novelty: theoretical bases of development of region's knowledge economy are generalized. Maintenance, structure and factors of forming and use of potential of region's knowledge economy, is analysed, the methods of his evaluation and complex analysis are considered. Forming diagnostics and use of potential of region's knowledge economy is carried out, efficiency of his use is appraised. Conceptual principles of forming of regional economic policy are grounded on the basis of region's knowledge economy. The organizationally-economic mechanism of development of potential of region's knowledge economy is developed and the model of his effective development is offered. The sphere of the use is activity of Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine; Main administrations of economy of regional state administrations; city advices; organs of local self-government; scientific establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
