This thesis is solved scientific problem of reconstructing three-dimensional models of objects on raster images heights. To solve the problem developed methods: the formation of fine lines closed the edges of objects; describe the lines the edge of chain outlets, which requires scanning the binary image in one direction only, and its optimization for buildings; points of the object segmentation and description of the surfaces of the 1st and 2nd order. The schemes use a parallel memory orderly access to image processing tasks, allowing you to improve the performance of specialized systems.
