Essay

The test method to improve the accuracy of the electrical sensors with non-linear transfer functions The object of study - uncontrolled processes of change of the metrological characteristics of electrical sensors. The purpose of the study - the improvement of test methods to improve the accuracy of the input signals of the EMS with non-linear function transformation. Methods of research - systems analysis and analytical studies, the basis of which were: the theory of probability and mathematical statistics, theory of measurement error, numerical methods, differential equations, interpolation Taylor series, computer modeling and experimental investigations. Theoretical and practical results - further developed the theory of test methods to improve the accuracy of measurement of electrical input signals with respect to the primary EMS with nonlinear fraction-rational and rational function transformation. Scientific innovation: designed by an engineering method of determining the parameters of test control systems for FRFT, which allows for a given accuracy to get the required number of bits of the ADC. The degree of implementation: the results are implemented by LLC "Hammer and Sickle" (Kharkiv) and JSC "HTZ" (Kharkiv). Scope of application: system design with built-in self-monitoring.
