Essay

The object of study - the process of uncertainty condition monitoring of multi-zone units with vegetable oils due to changes in moisture content of raw materials. Objective: to improve reliability and safety monitoring technical parameters of the multi-zone technology units for the production of oil in the impact factor of humidity change materials. Methods based on a systems approach to the problem of increasing reliability of decision-making control objects with dynamic properties at compelling factor random effects. Applied methods: variance and multivariate regression analysis, measurement theory, the theory of statistical hypotheses and theory of reliability of complex systems. Theoretical and practical results: designed microprocessor control system of measuring thermal parameters of the technical units producing vegetable oil and reserved thermometer that allow bezdemontazhnyy control of systematic errors. Novelty: Synthesis of new informative parameters control, improved diagnostic model of multi-zone unit, the method of error control bezdemontazhnoho primary thermocouples. Degree of implementation: in Research and Production Enterprise "Extruder" (Kharkiv), microprocessor control system of measuring thermal parameters of technological process of multi-zone units. Scope: the results of using the technology-equipped manufacturers of vegetable oil.
