Essay

The object of research is the process of non-destructive composite materials testing based on mechanical impedance analysis. The subject of the study is methods and ways to improve the reliability of the composite materials testing based on mechanical impedance analysis. For the first time the method for collecting additional diagnostic indicators based on analysis of the phase-frequency characteristics of the information signal proposed. With the help of friction noise analyzing the impact of this interference on the proposed diagnostic features estimated. For the first time method of the acceptance threshold calculating developed. This method provides reliability increasing in case when distribution law is different from Gaussian. Also developed the diagnostic features selection method provides selection of the most sensitive informative parameter based on statistical analyzing. Further developed the method for diagnostic decision making based on statistical analyzing of the spectral densities.
