Cheremisina T. Choice of methods development planning seaside resort town

Research object: development of seashore resort city. Research purpose: generalization of theoretical and methodical positions, and also development of practical recommendations on planning of development of seashore resort city on principles of marketing approach. Research methods: approach of the systems; scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis; statistical collection, analysis and interpretation of information, progress trends; financial, cross-correlation analysis; economic and mathematical design. Theoretical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of tool of the marketing seashore resort town planning in modern terms. A practical value consists in development of methodical and practical recommendations, in relation to the choice of methods of planning of development of seashore resort city, suitable for the practical use. Recommendations are utilized in-process: To Zaporozhia regional state administration; Executive committee of Berdyansk city advice; Kirillovska of settlement advice of Yakimovska of district of the Zaporozhia area; the Private joint-stock company of "Priazovkurort"; Berdyansk state pedagogical university of Department of education and science of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: modern scientific conceptions of development of city are generalized and the instruments of providing of development of modern city are classified. Territorial approach is utilized and the receptions of estimation of marketing's methods of development of seashore resort cities are improved. Conception of the effective functioning of resort-recreation subsystem of resort city is developed. Measures are offered on using of marketing's methods of keeping and breading for planning of development of seashore resort city and the prognosis of results of realization of the marketing program of his development is developed. The sphere of the use is activity of Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine, Main administrations of economy of regional state administrations, city and settlement advices; organs of local self-government; scientific establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
