Pankova A. Providing structural changes in the economy of a large industrial city

Research object: functioning of large industrial city. Research purpose: providing of structural changes is in the economy of large industrial city. Research methods: retrospective analysis and synthesis; comparison, logical generalization; analysis determined, factor and cross-correlation; graphic, design and prognostication, imitation design. Theoretical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of scientific-theoretical positions on providing of structural changes in the economy of large industrial city. The practical value of research consists in that theoretical positions are taken to the level of methodical and practical recommendations, providing introduction of structural changes in the economy of large industrial city. Found the practical use in activity: To Zaporozhia regional state administration; Executive committee of Zaporozhia city advice; Managements of economy of Energodarsky of city advice of the Zaporozhia area; Zaporozhia industrial chamber of commerce; in the educational process of the Zaporozhia national technical university of department of education and science of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the role of cities is analysed in modern development of economy. The methods of realization of structural changes are outlined in the economy of large city, foreign experience of their introduction is generalized. Social economic development of industrial city is appraised socially and reasons of origin and consequence of disbalance of his economy are identified. Priorities and aims of structural changes are grounded in the economy of city and the economic and mathematical model of the socially oriented structural changes is offered in its economy. The prognosis estimation of efficiency of the offered methods of providing of structural changes of development of economy of city is carried out. The sphere of the use is activity of Main administrations of economy of regional state administrations, organs of local self-government; scientific establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
