The thesis is devoted to the development of methods for the synthesis of adaptive Web-pages to improve performance of an expert system for semantic search and analysis of data on the Internet through the application of new criteria for evaluation of their relevance. The appropriateness of developing an effective personalized search engine to generate an adaptive Web-pages with the current user interests. Developed a method for estimating the significance of the analyzed Web-documents, based on a division of Web-pages into manageable blocks and checking them for the presence of noise. Developed a method for the formation and evaluation of the structural characteristics of the Web-documents, based on the application of fuzzy logic, allows you to create a personalized ranking of electronic information sources. Developed a method of semantic information retrieval based on the evaluation of social indices, numerically characterize the degree of importance of Web-documents for people with different interests. Proposed architecture and the scheme of building a knowledge base of expert search engine that is based on the use of modern technologies of Semantic Web, allowing a quick conclusion relevant search results as a list of Web-documents, as requested by the user and taking into account its interests within a given subject area. A model of the formation of personalized adaptive Web-pages based on user interaction with a special plug-in expert system. Software is developed and implemented a basic model of the synthesis of adaptive Web-pages. The developed methods have been tested and used for a number of practical applications.
