Essay

The current situation, problems and prospects for polymer stamps production for hot foil stamping have been analyzed in the thesis. It is determined that the existing technology is labor intensive, expensive and harmful in terms of labour and environment safety. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the process of production and use of photopolymer stamps for printed products finishing. The choice of materials and research methods have been substantiated. Technology of polymeric stamps production is improved using direct laser engraving method.
