Object of study: the formation and development of innovative clusters of border regions in CBC. Objective: To study the development of theoretical positions and practical advice on the formation of innovative clusters of border regions in terms of cross-border cooperation. Methods: logic synthesis, synthesis, analysis, comparison, induction, deduction, analysis and comparison, economic statistics, economics and mathematical modeling, graphical and mapping, target-oriented. Results: The matrix comparability interests of potential participants in the innovation cluster border region in cross-border cooperation; improved: concepts and terminology, including proposed definition of "innovative cluster border region in cross-border cooperation", the classification of innovation clusters and approach to the selection of potential innovation cluster border region in terms of cross-border cooperation, methodical approach to the analysis and evaluation of innovative clusters of border regions in terms of cross-border cooperation; approach to clustering of innovative strategies of border regions in terms of cross-border cooperation; had received further development: principles of innovation clusters in a cross-border regional co-operation, division types of innovation clusters border regions including aspects of cross-border cooperation; stages of information management, depending on the life cycle of cluster formation.
