Essay

Object: control of spray attemperation in water-steam circuit of once-through boiler TPP-312. Methods: mathematical models of mixing and heat transmission are used for water-steam circuit model construction, methods and algorithms of identification, methods of modern control theory, statistical analysis of control quality. Goal: an actual scientific and practical task was solved, which is corresponding to problem of substantiating the parameters of the spray attemperation controller for a water-steam circuit of once-through boiler TPP-312, which is improves steam temperature control precision and reduces wearing rate of the water-steam circuit units. Theoretical and practical results: a mathematical model of the dynamics of the overheating part of water-steam circuit further developed, which is reflecting the relationship of basic measured parameters and allows to formalize the tasks of control systems analysis and synthesis; methods for identification of parameters of the mathematical model based on the least squares method have been further developed, proposed and implemented robust method of real-time identification which can reduce the influence of measurement error on the identification result; methods of the PID controllers synthesis based on the direct Lyapunov first proposed for bilinear time-varying systems, which take into account the range of parameter variation, еру synthesized controllers can improve the accuracy of steam temperature control and therefore reduce the wearing rate of the water-steam circuit units at 10-20%; a method of operation modes parting based on an incremental clustering first proposed, method takes into account the shape of the measurements distribution in a cluster in accordance with the measurement and control systems, which allows to substantiate the choice of the system parameters variation range in the problem of parametrical synthesis of spray attemperation controller. The degree of implementation: the results of the research used to develop information management system of operative control and regulation of regimes (IMS OCRR), which is applied at the Zuyevskaya thermal power station. Area of use: heat and power engineering.
