Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of thermal recycling of wood by a method of continuous layer into gaseous fuels. Created a method for calculating the process of gasification of wood, which allows to calculate the parameters of the working process in the gasifier with a continuous layer, which is based on the equations of heat and material balances. In the thesis presented the results of studies of the effect of input factors on the heat of combustion of syngas in the process of gasification of wood. Designed gasifier with a continuous layer. Detected the rational parameters of gazogene, which allow in the process of gasification to get high-calorific synthesis gas, are certain, it is: particle sizes of wood, amount of air, which is given in the chamber of gasification, amount of fuel, from the general volume of chamber of gasification, humidity of wood and amount of chipboard in mixture of wood with chipboard. It is experimentally well-proven that the breed of wood practically does not influence on the process of gasification. Possibility of processing of contaminated wood is investigational in particular chipboard in a gaseous fuel. With the increase of amount of chipboard in mixture, during gasification of mixture of wood with chipboard, the warmth of combustion of synthesis gas increases.
