Tsado G. Regulation of investment-innovational processes in regions

The thesis covers the evolution of views on regulation of investment innovational processes. The author has proved the viability of their activization both on macroeconomic and on regional level, basing on combining regulatory activities in investment and innovational spheres in order to assure region's economic growth. The modern state of investment innovational processes in the regions of Ukraine and their connection with economic growth have been analyzed, the rate of regions upon investment and innovational component has been made. Interrelation between these processes and indicators of a region's economic growth has been found, basing on which the necessity of higher attention to regulation of investment and innovational processes in order to improve the economic situation both on regional and on state level has been found out. The sensitivity of regional investment innovational processes to the alterations of environment has been evaluated basing on finding out the factors that influence these processes the most on regional level. This present matrix allowed to find out groups of regions. The sequence of adjusting of investment-innovative processes is reasonable in regions with the aim of providing of them economy growing and directions of adjusting of investment-innovative processes in regions. Recommendations are worked out in relation to realization of priority directions of adjusting of investment-innovative processes in regions, namely, adjusting of investments on the sources of investing and adjusting of innovative constituent of investment-innovative processes after directions of realization of the advanced and scientific and technical studies on the basis of coefficients of elasticity.
