Object - acute poisoning amanita-faloidin toxins in rats of different age periods. The purpose - to find out the features disorders of protein metabolism in rats of different age periods affected by toxins of Amanita phalloides.Metody - biochemical (colorimetric, spectrophotometric, electrophoretic), clinical and statistical. Novelty - It has been shown that an acute poisoning by Amanita phalloides toxins leads to marked disorders of liver protein synthetic function and dysproteinemia development that leads to hypoproteinemia, hypoalbuminemia, disorders of the protein fractions ratio. For the first time in age aspect it has been shown that the processes of free radical oxidation of proteins in amanita-phalloidin toxicosis are activated in young animals more than in adults and old ones.
