The aim of the thesis research is to develop a system of determining the coefficients of influence factors on the performance values of communal and individual services and forecasting system of communal and personal services through the application of econometric methods. The object of study: the processes of communal and individual services. Subject of research: Theoretical, methodological and practical issues of forecasting and dependences of public and personal services from the factors on which they depend. Methods: abstract logic, methods of economic and mathematical statistics, the method of comparative analysis of structural and logical method.
