Essay

The work is devoted to improving energy efficiency of the o-technical complex solid biofuels by developing a control system speed drives connected metering modes including physical and mechanical properties of the component materials. The analysis of the process of solid biofuel methods of mathematical statistics and reasonable requirements for electro-complexis conducted. The reasonable proportions of two-component solid biofuels in order to improve their thermal expansion installed characteristics and humidity range of base materials. A new method of producing biofuel from connected components is designed by adjusting the dosing speed electric drive modes. The basic requirements for measurement process performance are designal and acoustic material flow in the stream is also suggested. The necessity of correcting mechanical stiffness characteristics of electric voltage based on the criterion of maximum energy characteristics of electric metering is investigated. The algorithm of operation and block diagram of intelligent system controls speed modes of working machines production line of two-component solid biofuels are designed. The results of production tests are and showed the economic efficiency of application of research results is determined.
