The thesis is a comprehensive study of the national policy of the Soviet government during the Second World War. Analyzes national and international basis, the concept of international relations, reveal ideological priorities aimed at deepening integration of ethnic communities, promotion of the Soviet and Russian national patriotism, friendship of the USSR as a mobilizing factor of the population to fight the enemy. Highlights the theory and practice of the Stalinist regime on national cultural revival of ethnic groups. Displaying mass terror, persecution and deportation of people for political, social, ethnic and religious grounds. Studied aspects of national policy on the communist regime of religious denominations, and international relations.
