Essay

The thesis is dedicated to studying of the morphological and immunophenotypic features of different variants of classical Hodgkin Lymphoma in order to improve its pathomorphologic diagnostics. In the study more exactly was specified the immunophenotype of HSR-cells and detected immunophenotype of microenvironment cells that express Ki-67. Relationship between proliferation processes and apoptosis activation and blockade in tumor cells and microenvironment in different variants were described. It was concluded that estimation of these processes in biopsy specimens may help to predict the outcome. In order to more precise pathomorphologic diagnostics it was statistically confirm that panel of antibodies should include CD15, CD30, CD45 and EMA.
