Essay

The work is devoted to the refinement of geological and structural position, identifying the key factors of ore presence and comprehensive reassessment of Perzhanskyi mining district of the Ukrainian shield north-western part. The main result of the study is obtaining a new data on the geological and structural formation conditions and determination of the criteria for Perzhanskyi area rare metal and Perzhanskyi beryllium deposit evaluation, which is associated with Suschano-Perzhanska area of tectonic-magmatic and tectonic-metasomatic activation within the Volyn block. It is justified the allocation of Perzhanskyi ore district, which is associated with a node-crossing Suschano-Perzhanska zone of north-east direction and the North-Ukrainian megazone of latitudinal direction. Rare metal mineralization is associated with Perzhanskyi complex of granite and syenite of Mesoproterozoic age, the main petrophone of which is Perzhansky rare-metal granites (apogranites). These granites are related to a new paragenetic type - siderophyllite-K-feldspar-perthitic apogranite of palengen-metasomatic genesis, which is formed in a linear tectonic activation zones. The main importance is the genthelvite form of beryllium mineralization, which refers to the highest-quality ores. Complex mineralization of Perzhanskyi ore district with a big mineragenic potential that provides its development high profitability on the basis of a single mining company is proved. Perzhanske field is the only in the world where beryllium is concentrated in genthelvite form.
