Essay

The thesis is devoted to improve the efficiency of technological processes of distribution of bulk materials through the introduction of a new distribution - passive switchgears. The paper offers a new and scientifically sound method of distribution of bulk materials - passive switchgear, which is retrofitted ing node unloading bulk materials (end drum belt) switchgear. After contact with the dispenser loose material (as construction of the switchgear) is distributed over five parties or in a circle and in the middle, and the process of distribution of the material is not the energy is spent. Develop and analyze mathematical models of passive distribution devices, in which the distribution of the material is carried out by five parties. The requirements to the parameters of the passive distribution devices, allowing it to achieve maximum range of the particles of the bulk material. Experiments have revealed the patterns of distribution of bulk materials, namely, the dependence of the shape and location of a passive dispenser for end drum belt.
