Essay

Dissertation is devoted to solving the problems of the development of ultrasonic cavitators of high intensity for liquid environments processing in different industrial processes. The paper contains basic requirements for ultrasonic cavitation equipment for processing liquid environments . Dissertatiion highlights the problems of inputting ultrasonic vibrations of highintensity into liquid and presents the ways of their solutions. The paper contains a methodology of ultrasonic cavitator engineering calculation which takes into account structural features, characteristics of materials, piezoceramics and liquid to be processed. With the help of mathematical modeling we defined peculiarities of the process of appearance and existence of cavitation regions in the proposed devices. We confirmed the adequacy of the results of analytical modeling. It is experimentally elucidated pecularities of the mechanism of destruction of microorganisms in a cavitating environment. A comprehensive calculation of research results and developed design methodologies allowed to investigate highintensity resonance cavitators that have been used in different industrial processes, that is confirmed by acts of implementation.
